Risk Assessment Type-up;1 Are the technical crew competent? The minimal amount of "technical crew" needed are well aware of the also minima risks involved. They are used to the equipment and are able to perform their said tasks(s)2 Falls of men and equipment? Staff have no requirements of being at heights for equipment or other reasons. 3 Temporary structures? There are no temporary structures that may need to be safe and motion of said structures is also avoided.4 Any electrical equipment? The electrical equipment used is correct for the purposes and had been previously installed knowingly safely. 5 Manual handling? The only needed handling would be of the camera's and none of the "crew" would struggle with that.6 Tripping hazards? The cables and wires are the highest risk of tripping though with only having few people on set then the risk should be minimized. Cables in good condition.7 Vehicles in the studio? There is no current or known need for vehicular aid within our work.8 Special effects/Pyrotechnics/Lasers/Strobes? We may, possibly be endeavoring to use strobes however the rest of the options seem hugely unlikely.9 Children on site? He will be supervised by the "crew"10 Stunts/ Novelty construction? Also an unneeded and overzealous application for an A2 media piece of work.13 Smoke generators? We may have a smoke machine depending on weather or not we are allowed it within the studio area.14 Controlled substances? There is a very minimal set-up requirement, we seem to be safe.15 Water? Not within our production.16 Glass? The glass in in the form of a window. And so the safety element is high already.17 Confrontational subject matter? The topic is broad and speaks to all and so is not confrontational at all.18 Animals? No!19 Audience require extra super vision?
